Philharmonica Greenblat, known to everyone as just 'Phil', is an elementalist, specializing in Earth. Having been recruited from her family's farm in Virginia at the age of 24, she'd spent most of her talents keeping the crops growing well, but since being recruited by T.H.E.Y two years ago, she's turned her abilities towards other things. She is, as one might guess, primarily a magic-user by trade, but recently she's started experimenting with the silicon used in computers. So far, she's had a few explosive failures, but she thinks she's making headway.

Her personality, as one might guess, is earthy. She's mellow almost to a fault (except, perhaps, when it comes to her full name, which she doesn't like sharing) and tends toward viewing things from a wider perspective than most. She enjoys, and tends towards, baudy jokes and simple humor. While not a great wit, she does notice an opening when it comes along, but tends toward more gentle jibs. She does have a temper to her, but it takes a great deal to provoke it and usually it only comes up in a very maternal, protective sense.

She enjoys reading adventure novels and a strange variety of music. She also likes to bake, but not to cook. She can, but she prefers to bake.

Her one fault is her tendency to evaluate things too much (or for too long) and she's not good at making decisions. She does better following commands and doing her job than coming up with brilliant plans. Somewhat simple (though certainly not stupid) and honest, she does what she has to when she has to always for the greater good.
